Chill keeps fridge boxes on this device. If something fails, try the steps below, then email us.
Common questions
- Continue is dimmed — check the User Agreement box on the welcome screen.
- Cannot park a box — pick an empty shelf slot, or unlock extra crate slots with Coins.
- Eat list did not save — allow Photos access first. If the save fails, Coins are refunded.
- Purchases — Coins are consumable and processed by Apple. There is no Restore and no subscription.
